Her newest project the GoodStartup School helps women first time founders around the world to build tech and non-tech impact startups. Also she trains female startup mentors and trainers ( with the lean startup method ) to train others locally in their own language.
Asetila Koestinger is a catalyst and a community builder, helping first time founders and SMEs to build solutions that are technologically appropriate, environmentally sustainable, culturally acceptable, and economically viable. As an impact entrepreneur and CEO she runs her two companies Greenwell Energy and Koestinger Consulting both aligned with at least one of the SDGs. For over two decades she has worked as a consultant and expert in different SME projects, private ventures and start-up ecosystems.
Some of the accelerator projects she designed and implemented are WeDO5 , SDG Innovation Lab, Export Stars, GoodStartup School, High Impact CleanTech, AgroIncubator and many more.
Asetila is a regular pannelis and keynote speaker, and she speaks, trains and writes about the implications of inclusiveness, gender equality, impact and innovation in sustainable entrepreneurship.
Asetila holds a Master of Science in International Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is prospective Ph.D. in International Economic Relations and Management. She is Certified Management Consultant CMC, Certified Export Consultant CEC and Certified Facilitator of the LEGO®Serious Play® method.
She was awarded the European Good Practice Award in training in SME Internationalisation by the ETF European Training Foundation in 2018. Since 2020 she is part of the Ashoka network.
