Esther Recktenwald is a Managing Director at Accenture Technology Strategy and Advisory with a demonstrated 15+ years’ of experience in working in Transformation. She has a strong footprint in Financial Services and is skilled in IT Transformation, Business Agility and Value Journey Creation topics. Her project and team management experience ranges from small, short strategic project contexts to large-scale and longer term digital transformations mostly with global clients in virtual teams.

She puts diversity at the heart of her work and is a passionate people leader in the NEW. She believes that the combination of people, powerful technology and innovation is at the core of any digital transformation. It is this combination that helps us pave the way into a more human-centered digital future.

Esther grew up in Germany, studied in the UK and now lives in Frankfurt. She loves to travel the world and enjoys interacting with different cultures and nationalities. Above all, she is an outdoors and sport enthusiast who actively engages in charities in both areas.
